How much does the delivery cost to the UK?
All goods ordered before 2.00pm (weekend and Bank holiday orders are sent out the next working day) from stock are sent to mainland UK postcode addresses on a next working day delivery service, arriving anytime from 8am to 6pm for 98% of customers. Remote areas and islands may take 2 to 3 days.
How much does the delivery cost to remote Scottish areas and UK islands?
See above. The cost is exactly the same WHEREVER you live in the UK. Please note that it sometimes takes 2 or 3 days to get deliveries to the more remote areas and islands.
Unfortunately, due to changes in excise and regulation, we’re currently unable to deliver orders to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland as standard. However, please do contact us for a quote.
Do you deliver to countries outside the UK?
Call or email us as some items can be sent worldwide when prior arrangement has been made to calculate accurate shipping cost.
What happens if I order lots and lots of items?
Firstly, we will be extremely pleased! If you order multiple items, sometimes, due to weight limits, they have to be put on a pallet and a pallet service used. However, the delivery will still be a next day service to the UK Mainland and there will be no additional cost
Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes, we do and it is currently £4.00 + vat. We do not apply a charge to penalise you but ask you to order at least that amount
Do you offer Saturday deliveries?
Yes, we do and you will see this as an option in the ‘shopping cart’ in a drop-down box. The cost is £34.97 + vat
Can I come to you and collect?
Yes, of course. The warehouse is in West Malling, Kent but, please try and let us know before you come so we can have your order picked and ready for you
What happens if my delivery does not arrive the next day?
Please allow up until 6.00pm – the cut-off time – for your delivery to arrive. Then call or email us with your order number and as much detail as you can give so that we can trace the package and get your goods to you. Please note that our carrier service is extremely efficient but the occasional hiccup can occur and, although it is usually out of our control, we will do all we can to resolve the issue, and as such, we advise customers not to book workmen or engineers until your order has arrived.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please report damages to us within two days of receiving your delivery.
